The following terms and conditions apply to the use of Gridt Beauty’s e-commerce shop.

Each user login and particularly using of e-shop services implies your consent and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein, without exception. If the user does not agree with any of these terms and conditions, he or she must not use the e-shop, for any transaction.

Gridt Beauty Ltd reserves the right to amend or revise, in its discretion, the terms and conditions of transactions through the online store, whenever necessary; Gridt Beauty will inform consumers of any changes through the web page of this store.
Products and Shipping

The products listed in the online store are available for purchase. However, in the event that a product ordered is not available, the customer will be notified once your order is processed.

Claims on orders received by the customer must be within 24 hours of receiving the products. The client must send a damaged product photo or substantial evidence to process the claim. The shipping cost of the product returned to Gridt Beauty is the customer’s responsibility. Used products cannot be exchanged for hygiene purposes.

An order can be cancelled either by email or by phone only if it has not been processed or shipped.

You can get information about your order by phone or email at any time.

You can follow up your package through via the tracking number provided.

Gridt Beauty reserves the right to change the shipping methods, terms and prices, at its discretion without prior notice.

The codes used to identify the customer, username and password will not be used for marketing purposes to other companies.
